Free ASCEND Discovery Program
Discovery is a free 10-day support program that helps new leaders successfully transition from a technical expert role to a manager or director position. This program is based on the same fundamental principles as the ASCEND Express (12 days) and ASCEND Horizon (12 weeks with personalized coaching) programs, but in the form of a free introduction.
Program Objectives
ASCEND Discovery aims to help you:
- Understand the fundamental differences between an expert role and a leadership role
- Develop a structured roadmap for your first 90 days
- Learn to gradually detach from your technical expert identity
- Effectively manage impostor syndrome
- Map and engage your key stakeholders
- Establish effective leadership communication
- Define strategic objectives that mobilize your team

Program Structure
The program runs for 10 days, with a daily email containing:
- Key concepts on a specific leadership theme
- Practical exercises that can be applied immediately
- “Non-negotiable” actions for concrete implementation
- Additional resources to deepen your understanding of each topic
