Intensive six-week asynchronous online training for technical experts promoted to leadership and management roles.

The ASCEND Accelerator program is specifically designed to help new managers quickly succeed in their new role. It allows human resources managers or executives to offer fast and effective support to their recently promoted managers or those about to be promoted.

This program lasts only 12 days and is conducted entirely online. Each day, a clear and precise module is offered so that participants can easily learn what they need to know to effectively manage their new responsibilities.

With ASCEND Accelerator, each new manager receives daily follow-up. This follow-up ensures that what they learn is immediately put into practice. From the beginning of the program, a list of clear objectives (KPIs and OKRs) is created according to the specific needs of the company, the manager’s specific role, and the company culture.
